At My Bare Basics, we believe in keeping things simple — right down to our refund process. Every product is made with care and intention, and we want you to feel good about what you put on your skin.
If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll review your concern and find the best solution — whether that’s a replacement, exchange, or refund. Our goal is always to make sure you feel valued and supported.
We do ask that you give each product a fair try before deciding, since many of our natural ingredients take a few uses to show their full benefits. Please remember that there may be slight differences across batches - wonderful but imperfect......just like us.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Send us an email at support@mybarebasics.com with your order number and a short note explaining the issue before sending any items back. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking to ensure your package arrives safely.
Products do not need to be unused to qualify for a return within 30 days.
Scent Preferences
Each of our products lists its full ingredients, including whether it is naturally scented with essential oils or blended with fragrance oils.
If you’re not satisfied with a scent, we’re happy to offer an exchange (return shipping costs apply).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of:

We’ll replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
